Beck, O'Scanlon & Casagrande

Assemblyman Declan O'Scanlon was raised in Little Silver, NJ. He graduated from Monmouth University where he received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology, and later returned to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Assemblyman O'Scanlon first entered the political arena when he was elected to serve as a Councilman in his hometown of Little Silver, and is now serving as a freshman Assemblyman.

His term as Councilman expired at the end of 2007 after 14 years of service. In addition to being an active Legislator, the Assemblyman is CEO of FSD Enterprises Inc., a wireless communications consulting company.

He also serves as Board President of Love Inc., a faith based charitable non-profit organization that helps people in need of assistance.

Declan lives in Little Silver with his wife Heather.
